Account & Profile Data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business details (e.g., property name, type, and location).

Booking & Customer Data: We store the booking records you create within the app, including guest names, contact information, booking dates, room or houseboat assignments, and guest preferences you note within the application.

Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

Byndbit acts as a data processor on your behalf and will handle guest data only as directed by you and as necessary to provide the service.

We retain your account data and booking records for as long as your subscription is active. Upon termination of your account, we will retain your data for up to 90 days to allow for account recovery, after which it will be securely deleted from our systems.

We implement industry-standard security measures including data encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
